What is billpay?

NPC Secure-BillPay has everything a merchant needs to receive online bill payments from their customers without needing to integrate payments directly into their own website. NPC Secure-BillPay provides merchants with a valuable time-saving tool that gives their payees the flexibility and convenience of paying their bill anytime, anywhere.

How it Works

• Merchant accesses the BillPay Merchant Portal and uploads a file of their customers and the balances due.
• Consumer is directed to the merchant’s personalized BillPay site from the merchant’s own website or from an emailed invoice.
• The payee authenticates their account with the merchant and is presented with the amount due.
• The consumer is then directed to a payment page where they can make a payment.
• The merchant can pull reporting from the Merchant Portal as to which customers have paid and which have balances remaining.
